Isotop

Isotop - steel spring vibration insulators made by Getzner Spring Solutions GmbH, Germany. Springs are produced using special spring grades of steel. To obtain required structure and properties, steel for springs undergoes special thermal treatment.

Prior to the assembly of Isotop vibration insulators, the edges of outermost coils are polished to ensure their alignment. Special two-component compound is used to connect the springs to the basement.

Resonant frequency of vibration insulators Isotop depends on their design, materials used and loads experienced from the equipment installed on vibration insulators. To match specific Isotop models and calculate their quantity, you should know the weight of equipment, its operation mode, configuration and number of supports, as well as the nature and frequency of vibrations.

Spring vibration insulators Isotop can be applied both for vibration insulation of vibration sources, i.e. vibroactive equipment, and for vibration insulation on vibroactive basement.
