Last week, Acoustic Group held an internal strategic event focused on the company’s future development.
We brought the teams together in a unique hybrid format. Offices from Kazakhstan, Belarus, and Serbia joined live via broadcast, while representatives from Dubai, Azerbaijan, and other regions attended in person.
This setup allowed us to stay fully connected across countries and time zones and have one aligned conversation.
The business agenda covered our strategic priorities, growth areas, key projects, and next steps. The goal was to synchronize our vision, clarify objectives, and ensure every region understands its role in the company’s overall direction.
The program also included a corporate quiz, which added an interactive and engaging element to the event. It was a great way to reflect on our journey, test our knowledge about the company, and strengthen team spirit.
