Shumanet-Thermo ECO
Shumanet-Thermo ECO is a highly efficient acoustic mat with non–flammable filler in a non-woven fabric membrane. It features high sound absorption rates with low thickness and installation without a space between insulation and insulated surface. To produce Shumanet-Thermo ECO, only entirely safe and non-toxic components that do not harm people and environment are used. Request PriceThermal-Acoustic Insulation Mat
Shumanet-Thermo ECO is a new eco–friendly and safe material for effective sound absorption.
High Level of Sound Absorption
Shumanet-Thermo ECO is filled with staple fiberglass with a density of 40 kg/m3 (2.4 lb/ft3) due to which it effectively absorbs sound energy
Sound absorption index: αw 0.6
Eco-friendly and Safe Material
Shumanet-Thermo ECO is eco-friendly and is recommended for use in all types of premises, including childcare facilities.
It contains no phenol-formaldehyde resins. Non-flammable and absolutely non-toxic staple fiber filler with a safe white acrylic binder, which does not emit hazardous substances even when melted, is used for the mat production.
Resistant to External Influences
Shumanet-Thermo ECO sound-absorbing mat does not contain nutrients for microorganisms and mold to develop.
It does not absorb moisture, and in case of accidental wetting, water rolls down without penetrating inside, leaving the surface dry.
Due to its high density, the material cut does not produce dust, and the cover made of a special membrane completely eliminates emission of particles.

Composition and description
Shumanet-Thermo ECO sound-absorbing layer is elastic and absolutely non-toxic staple fiberglass on a white acrylic binder enclosed in a shell of specialized non-woven fabric that allows complete elimination of the filler particles emission.
Storage
Shumanet-Thermo ECO rolls should be stored stacked on pallets or pads. The stack height during storage should not exceed 2 m (6.6 ft.).
Features of the material usage
Shumanet-Thermo ECO is easy to use and quick to install. It does not get caught around the drill when drilling and does not dust on the cut.
When installed behind a stretch ceiling, it effectively reduces rumble and improves acoustic comfort.
When soundproof structures are used for the ceiling and walls, it provides additional sound absorption and thermal insulation.
It is also used as a sound-absorbing layer for frame structures.
