AKU-Line Pro

Composition:

The board includes a fiberglass reinforced gypsum core with special additives lined with cardboard.

The front cardboard of the board is purple.

Features:

• High sound insulation properties
• Smooth high-quality cardboard is used in the production of boards accelerating the finishing work and improving its quality
• The special shape of the Pro-edge allows to create a very strong joint significantly reducing the consumption of putty for its filling
• The marks on the front side of the board indicating the places where screws should be attached accelerates the installation of structures made from AKU-Line Pro boards
• High fire safety properties
• Increased board strength and front surface hardness

Applications:

The boards are used indoors in all-purpose areas with dry normal and wet humidity conditions (according to SNiP 23-02-2003 or SP 50.13330.2012) with high finishing requirements in terms of surface quality, impact resistance, fire and moisture resistance, and sound insulation:

• Wall sheeting on frame
• Installation of partitions
• Installation of suspended ceilings
• Various decorative elements: boxes, cornices, etc.
• Lining of attic rooms and other finishing work

Transportation and Storage

Packaging:

AKU-Line Pro/AKU-Line Pro Plus boards are supplied in transport packs. The packs are formed from boards of the same type and size laid out on pads and tied with steel or plastic tape. The packs are wrapped in factory in plastic film to prevent moisture penetration. By agreement with the buyer, the boards can be supplied unpacked.

Transportation:

AKU-Line Pro/AKU-Line Pro Plus boards can be transported by all means of transport where contact with moisture is prevented, in accordance with the applicable transportation rules.

Storage:

AKU-Line Pro/AKU-Line Pro Plus boards should be stored in transport bags in dry place with normal humidity conditions. The packs should be stored in stacks on pallets or pads. The height of a stack formed from packs when stored at the customer’s site should not exceed 5.0 m.

• Board length*: 2000/2500/2700/3000 (tolerance +0/-5 mm)
• Board width: 1200 (tolerance +0/-4 mm)
Board thickness: 12.5 (tolerance ±0.5 mm)

* By agreement with the customer, boards of other nominal sizes can be produced: the allowable board lengths are 2000 mm to 3600 mm in 50 mm increments

• Toxicity - T1, Flammability - V1

Structures made from AKU-Line Pro/AKU-Line Pro Plus boards are light, durable, vapor-permeable (‘breathing’), and can naturally regulate humidity in the rooms. AKU-Line Pro/AKU-Line Por Plus boards are free of harmful substances, made of fully recyclable materials and are safe for people and the environment. The environmental safety of the boards is confirmed by the EcoMaterial mark.

AKU-Line Pro/AKU-Line Pro Plus construction gypsum boards are produced according to Technical Specifications TU 23.62.10-007-56846022-2017 and comply with the requirements of GOST 32614-2012.
