Profile thickness - 24 mm only

The Ultrakustik-Vibroprofil ultra-thin profile is specifically designed for frame sound insulation of walls and ceilings. The total thickness of the soundproofing structure using Ultrakustik-Vibroprofil, including the finishing liner, is from 45 mm.

The window jamb soundproofing systems using Ultrakustik-Vibroprofil effectively prevent noise penetration from the street through the space between the window frame and the wall and protect against indirect noise penetration in case of integrated soundproofing of the room. The total thickness of the window jamb soundproofing structure using Ultrakustik-Vibroprofil including the finishing cladding starts with 37 mm.

Vibration absorbing coating

Laminated plywood treated with vibration-absorbing Vibronet mastic.

  • No reverberation
  • Water resistance

VIBRID unique new-generation vibration insulating units

A hybrid combination of two types of vibroacoustic materials patented in the Russian Federation and the CIS - a polyurethane bushing and Vibrosil vibration-insulating silicone sealant - provides increased structural strength and reliable sealing of the vibration-insulating unit.

Vibration-insulating feet

The feed are made of highly effective Sylodyn® vibration-proofing material produced by Getzner Werkstoffe GmbH. They are designed to provide vibration insulation.

Ease of use

They can be used with other soundproofing accessories from Ultrakustik® product line or as an independent element.

Composition

Ultrakustik-Vibroprofil is made of laminated plywood coated with a special vibration damping Vibronet® mastic. The profile contains four VIBRID® vibration insulating attachment joints, including supports made of Sylodyn® elastomer with improved dynamic properties used for fastening to the insulated surface.
